COMPLAINTS PROCESS
If the complaint is about lending practices or affordability, then we are unable to investigate the complaint, but you may register your interest with the Joint Liquidators by emailing us at: customercare@ounapuu.co.uk
We will acknowledge receipt of this and explain further about what this means to you.
Complaints about other matters will be investigated as normal. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and a final response will be issued within 8 weeks.

If you remain unsatisfied with our final response you have the right to escalate your complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service.
