How do I complain?
Email your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send the email from the email address you registered previously with Ferratum. This is so we can be sure we are dealing with YOU and protecting YOUR data. If you have changed your email address since registering then you can log in to MyAccount and update it before sending your email.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and then provide a Final Response (outcome) within 8 weeks. If on receipt of this you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to escalate your complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service.
